How It Works

Information

After you submit your information, I’ll get in touch with you, typically within 24 hours.

During the phone call, I’ll ask you for more details about the property’s condition and the current situation.

Offer

During the phone call, I’ll make an offer based on the information you provide.

All of my offers are all-cash, as-is offers with only an inspection contingency. If in agreement, a purchase agreement is signed over the phone.

Inspection

An inspection is done within the next few days to verify the information you provided.

At this time, pictures will be taken of the entire property, and if any major repairs need to be done, a second inspection may occur for a contractor to walkthrough.

Closing

The title company is provided with any earnest money and the purchase agreement.

A title search is done, and escrow is opened. On the closing date, you will meet to finalize the transaction and receive your check for the full offer price.
